The Primal Personal Series HIIT Bench Package offers an excellent choice for individuals embarking on their fitness journey or those who are seasoned enthusiasts. This comprehensive package enhances home workouts efficiently without occupying much space.
Featuring the Primal Personal Series HIIT Bench, this sturdy and versatile workout bench comes with a specially designed storage undercarriage tailored for use with the Primal Personal Series 25kg Adjustable Dumbbells. Equipped with front and rear accessory storage compartments, plus an oversized handle with rear transport wheels, it ensures easy mobility. The handle doubles as an anchor for battleropes or powerbands, while two rear-positioned d-rings accommodate soft-grip exercise bands. Additionally, the bench facilitates plyo box movements like box jumps and step-ups.
The Primal Personal Series 25kg Adjustable Dumbbells, conveniently housed in the bench undercarriage, offer multiple dumbbell sizes in a single pair that can be swiftly adjusted from 4.5kg to 25kg per handle. With angled storage trays for easy access and included nylon easy-clip straps for securing, switching weights is seamless.
Included in the package is the Primal Personal Series 18kg Adjustable Kettlebell, providing five different weight adjustments in one compact unit. Users can effortlessly transition between 4.5kg and 18kg with a simple turn of the dial.
Completing the set are a mini foam roller, 9-meter/9kg battlerope, medium glute band, medium resistance band, and light powerband.
The bench dimensions measure 106 x 39 x 47cm (L x W x H), excluding the dumbbell shelf and dumbbell overhang.
